The constellation of Cepheus is a circumpolar constellation in the northern hemisphere, visible for much of the year. Located near Cassiopeia and the North Star. Although its stars are relatively dim, Cepheus is an excellent reference point for exploring the constellations of the boreal sky.

The constellation of Cepheus has a characteristic shape reminiscent of a small house or an irregular pentagon. This geometric figure is relatively easy to recognize and allows for the rapid identification of the constellation near Cassiopeia.
