General presentation
The Equuleus constellation is the second smallest of the 88 modern constellations. Visible in autumn in the northern hemisphere, it is located near Pegasus and the Dolphin. Despite its discrete stars, it is relatively easy to locate thanks to its brighter neighbors.

The Equuleus constellation draws a small horse head. Its few main stars form a compact figure reminiscent of the animal's forehead and muzzle.
