General presentation
The constellation of Hercules is a large constellation visible mainly in summer in the northern hemisphere. Although its stars are relatively discrete, it is famous for containing the large globular cluster M13, one of the most beautiful deep-sky objects.

Its central part is formed by an asterism called the Keystone, a quadrilateral of stars from which the arms and legs of the character are drawn.
