Shape of the Orion constellation
The constellation of Orion has a characteristic shape that makes it easy to identify in the night sky. It is usually represented in the form of a hunter and is distinguished by an alignment of three very bright stars called the Orion belt. These three stars, Alnitak, Alnilam and Mintaka, form an almost perfectly straight line at the center of the constellation. Above this belt are two bright stars representing the shoulders of the hunter, while two other stars mark his legs.
